摘要:用Matlab/Simulink 软件建立了超声波电机的定子振动模型、定转子面接触摩擦模型以及转子运动模型;通过对模型的仿真计算得出电机输入电压的幅值和频率与输出转速之间的映射样本;进一步用神经网络逼近了该映射关系,建立了超声波电机转速特性的神经网络模型。实验研究为超声波电机运动控制的理论研究与设计提供了依据。
Abstract: This paper set up a Matlab/Simulink model of ultrasonic motor,and then calculates out some samples about the rotational speed corresponding to the amplitude and frequency using this model.Finally,a BP neural network is set up based on these samples.It would provide a good foundation for the simulation and the research of the ultrasonic motor.
