摘要:直流电机装配后要保证换向元件位于几何中性线上,而力矩电机由于其特殊的结构决定了换向片中心只能与电枢的槽中心重合。对直流力矩电机采用三种不同的刷架结构,通过对比试验,验证了适当调整刷架与定子的装配位置关系可以弥补这种缺陷,确保电机性能满足指标要求。
