摘 要:根据微型电动轿车动力性能指标要求,通过理论分析提出了一档传动比、电池容量、电机参数的协调匹配计算方法, 使系统输出特性与整车动力性匹配。以重庆御捷马电气有限公司的FA微型电动轿车机电传动系统为例进行了匹配计算,并利用ADVISOR进行了循环工况下的动力性仿真。仿真结果表明,系统动力特性满足整车的动力性能设计要求。

Abstract: According to micro-electric car power-train requirements,put forward a gear transmission ratio through theoretical analysis,the capacity of the battery,motor parameters coordinate matching method,so that the system characteristics match the vehicle power-train requirements.Chongqing Yogomo Electric Co.,Ltd.FA’s mechanical and electrical drive system for electric cars as an example for the calculation of the match,and advisor for the use of drive cycle of the power-train simulation,validation of the method is feasible.The simulation results show that micro-electric car’s mechanical and electrical transmission system can meet the dynamic performance of vehicle design requirements.
