摘 要:该文建立了循油冷却式电机稳态过程二维温度场的计算数学模型,根据电磁分析确定了各部分的损耗分布,并对一台功率为150 kW的循油冷却永磁同步电动机内部的温度场分布作了分析,得到了额定工况下定转子稳态温度场分布图。文中还分析了气隙温度以及机壳冷却油流速对电机温度场的影响,为电机的优化设计提供有用的参考依据。

Abstract: In this paper the mathematic model of the temperature field for a cycling oil cooled motor was established,and losses were calculated according to the electromagnetic field analysis.A 150 kW cycling oil cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed to get the distribution graph of temperature field in the rated state.The thesis also analyzed the thermal sensitivity to the airgap temperature and the velocity of the cooling oil,which could help optimum design of synchronous motors in future applications.
