摘 要:超声电机技术参数的测量对其研究有重要意义,但由于超声电机的测试参数和测试项目较多,目前国内外出现的测试手段、方法及测试系统也就五花八门,概括起来,这些测试主要集中在定子参数及模态测试、瞬态特性测试、电参量测试、机械特性测试、噪音和寿命测试等方面。文章对目前国内外超声电机测试研究进行了综述,并针对现有测试系统存在的弊端,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的超声电机测试系统方案,该系统可方便完成多种参数和特性的测量,将是未来超声电机测试系统发展的一个方向。

Abstract: Measurement of the techno-parameters of ultrasonic motor is important to study.In this paper,the testing methods,means and testing systems,equipments of the ultrasonic motor at home and abroad were discussed in detail,including stator parameters and mode test,dynamic state characteristic test,electrical parameters test,mechanism characteristic test,noise and life-span test,etc.A scheme of multi-function testing system of ultrasonic motor based on LabVIEW was put forward aiming at the disadvantages existing in the current testing system.Various parameters and characteristics of the motor can be measured with the system,it represent a direction of ultrasonic motor testing system in the future.
