摘 要:直流力矩电机由于其特殊的结构形式,大多采用铜槽楔兼做电机的换向器,槽楔的结构在一定程度上受电机槽满率的限制,反过来槽楔的结构又在一定程度上影响电枢的制造质量及合格率,因此,槽楔的结构选取对直流电机而言较为重要。文章针对常用槽楔在实际应用的不足,设计并采用了一种异形槽楔,通过实际使用认为在某些情况下采用此结构槽楔可以得到较为满意的效果。

Abstract: Due to the special structure of the DC torque motor,mostly use copper wedge as its commutator,wedge structure is affected by the rate of motor tank full of restrictions.In turn,the structure of another wedge affect the manufacturing quality of the armature and the passing rate,so the structure selection of slot wedge is more important to the DC motor.In this paper,designed and adopted an alien wedge in view of inadequate in the practical application,this structure could be get the satisfaction results through the actual use.
