摘 要:文章设计的微电机测试系统,采用了“数字信号处理器(DSP)+单片机(MCU)”的双CPU系统,并由双口RAM来构成双机系统方案,同时整个系统的软硬件设计均采用模块化设计思想,便于功能的移植和实施。整个设计显著提高了微电机测试的测量精度和处理速度。

Abstract: Using DSP and MCU for the dual-CPU system,designed the mcromotor test system,using of dual Port RAM to link in DSP and MCU.The whole system of hardware and software design is modular in design,so it’s easy to transplant and implement.The method is feasible and valid to improve testing precision and processing rate in the mcromotor test system.
