摘 要:为了检测三相无刷直流电动机绕组内产生力矩的电流,在电机工作于三相六拍两两导通控制方式时,针对逆变器下桥臂开关管调制方式,提出了一种新型电流检测拓扑。分析了电机绕组在各种状态下检测电流与电机电磁转矩的关系,并进行了实验验证。分析和实验证明,该拓扑能够简单、有效的检测出电机的力矩电流,对抑制电机转矩脉动具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to detect the current related to torque in the winds of three-phase brushless DC motor,a new current detection topology was proposed to be used in lower bridge arm switches modulation mode of inverter,when the motor was operating in three-phase and six states mode in which only two switches were on at the same time.The relationship between detection current and electromagnetic torque was analyzed in each state and it’s testified by experiment.Analysis and experiment show that the topology can detect motor’s torque current simply and effectively and has magnificent significance to reduce torque ripple of motor.
