摘 要:高速无刷直流电机具有功率密度高、体积小、效率高等优点。充磁方式对电机性能影响很大。结合所研制的2.3 kW,150 000 r/min高速无刷直流电机,对比分析了平行充磁和径向充磁方式对电机电磁转矩空载损耗和齿槽转矩性能的影响。结果表明,平行充磁优于径向充磁。

Abstract: Analysed particularly the topology and principle of buck feedback electricity fullbridge converter and pointed out differentia with voltage feedback electricity converter.It discussed the current and voltage process of buck full-bridge power transistors switching,which can reduced transistors switch loss effectively.Because of zero-voltage switch,little conduction loss with transformers leakage-inductor.Meanwhile,also designed Buck switching absorption circuit,PWM control circuit,and isolation drive circuit.Experimental studies validate the converter is adaptable to high power and high voltage output situation and has some application and reliability.
