摘 要:随着科学技术水平的不断提高,高速电机的应用越来越广泛,伴随而来的是高速电机噪音大、温升高、寿命普遍较短。针对此类问题,结合多年的经验,在滚动轴承安装和调试方面总结出一套工艺方法,供读者参考。

Abstract: Based on 3 phase 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor(SRM),the motor’s magnetic circuit was calculated using Ansoft,the iron loss model was built and the motor’s parameters were optimized.Through analyzing magnetic flux density and gap flux waveform,the method to decrease iron loss was introduced,the influence which the pole arc affect motor’s torque triple was investigated and the performance of SRM was optimized.It was concluded that the motor’s performance satisfied user’s demand.
