Main product: ABS电机，AMT电机，EPB电机,摇窗电机，座椅电机
(有汽车微型电机设计5-年及以上经验，）
Main customer:BMW,VW,shanghai Behr,Dong Feng Behr, Valeo, TRW,denso ,visteon,Lear,Temic and so on.
Motor Technical specialist
Responsibilities:
Work as Technical specialist for ABS电机，AMT电机，EPB电机,摇窗电机
Promote new motor technology；
Understand market request and suggest to company develop new products；
make technical presentation materials for customer and answer their question；
Engage on the feasibility studies, prototype design and prove-out, resolving design release issues
Bench marking product quality/cost/performance and identify opportunities to improve the product value through design and process changes
Work closely with cross functional R&D in US, Europe
Must-have Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Electric / Mechanical engineering background；
At least 5 years experience in automotive industry ；Do as R&D engineers or application engineers
Familiar with Motor and electronic control application
Strong communication and understanding ability；
Good personality( stable and smart)；
Time control and result oriented.
Package:Middle level attractive compensation(indicative package:7k/M-12k/M base on experience and capability,senior candidate:negotiate base on experience and capability with min 30% mark up.（汽车微电机行业多年设计经验，薪资面议）工作地点：深圳。Having free apartment.
